7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 7 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@printablereceipts.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We will process refunds within 5-7 business days.

Subscription Renewals

Refunds are not available for automatic subscription renewals. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date to prevent future charges. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Credits

Free credits and subscription-granted credits are non-refundable. Credits that have already been used to generate PDF exports cannot be refunded.

Exceptions

We may make exceptions on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Technical issues that prevented you from using the Service
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors
  • Unauthorized purchases (contact us immediately)

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback instead of contacting us, your account will be suspended pending investigation. We encourage you to reach out to our support team first to resolve any billing issues.
